I am a 50-something European woman doing what I once thought wasn't possible: finding happiness after infertility. While it's been a long, difficult and emotional journey (10 unsuccessful IVF treatments), each day I take another step down the path toward a fulfilling new life. This is my story of reinvention. I will be happy to hear from you: klara.soncek (@ ) gmail.com

Yum! Too bad you don't live in a climate where you could grow vegetables year round!
ReplyDeleteI am JEALOUS! :)
ReplyDeleteYum. Eggplant, tomatoes, basil and zucchinis, and I see a couple of capsicums too, are my favourite vegetables. I miss summer vegetables. I can't wait to be able to get them cheaply again in the supermarkets! DH keeps on talking about a vegetable garden - maybe this year?!
ReplyDeleteDh & I are not much for gardening -- but fortunately, both of our dads are. ;) We gorged on new potatos, yellow beans, peas & carrots, straight from the garden, while I was visiting my parents, and FIL supplied us with lettuce & beans earlier in the summer. We've also been buying fresh local berries (strawberries, raspberries & blueberries) at the local farmers' market every week this summer. Yum!
