Swim more, blog less

New Year's Resolution: Try to spend less time on blogs. Try to swim at least once a week.

I went swimming after work, to the Olympic swimming pool nearby (I haven't been there for more then a decade). I swam for an hour. I feel great now.

  1. I wish we had an indoor pool near us; we have access to a park district pool in the summer. While I like to run, hike, and bike...swimming is so much easier on the joints.

    1. Yes, swimming really is much easier on the joints. I am over 40 now, so I am more aware of it :)

  2. Me too, discovered swimming at our Rec. Center this past summer and loved it. Plan to get back into more this year.
