We spent an amazing road trip with Pamela and her husband in October. I’m sharing a few photos from the Pula Roman Amphitheatre and from Rovinj, Croatia.
It’s just wonderful to be with friends who truly get you — who understand without words and would never say anything that could hurt. There’s such comfort in that kind of connection, where you can simply be yourself and feel completely at ease.
Travelling together reminded me how precious it is to have people in your life who share not just experiences, but understanding — the quiet kind that comes from having walked a similar path.

It was truly a delight to spend time with in such a fun and laid-back way with you and your dh. Much like our visit with Mali and her husband, we reveled in the freedom to be open, free and understood throughout our time with you. We loved our voyage of discovery around Rovinj, Croatia, and around your beautiful villages and towns. Thanks, too, for sharing my latest podcast discussion. You can hear at one point in my voice that the trauma associated with infertility and IVF lies deep within. I'm always surprised how easily it resurfaces when asked about how it changed our lives. Grateful you and others in this community helped me process it at its most painful.
