Have I come to terms with my childlessness?
No.
I have simply learned to live with it.
Every year that goes by makes me appreciate the little things more.
Like eating delicious Zeppole di San Giuseppe in this traditional café:

I love Napoli!
Dear Klara,
ReplyDeleteIt is wonderful to see that your blog is up again :-D.
These Italian pastries look delicious indeed. I am glad you get to see places like Napoli!
Managing to live a life that is so very different from what we had planned or dreamed and still (or again) enjoying the little things like special pastries means that we probably have a certain degree of resilience. I guess that is something to be proud of.
Much love!
Glad to see you again and had started writing in my blog again too.
ReplyDeleteI had made peace with my childlessness and had rewrote my life as I had wanted it, living fully, with heartaches and joy.
