and I like it. It covers all three aspects of being childfree:
- childfree by Happenstance
- childfree by Choice
- childfree by Circumstance (=my category!)
Have to return to my book.... so I just wish you a beautiful day!
I am a 50-something European woman doing what I once thought wasn't possible: finding happiness after infertility. While it's been a long, difficult and emotional journey (10 unsuccessful IVF treatments), each day I take another step down the path toward a fulfilling new life. This is my story of reinvention. I will be happy to hear from you: klara.soncek (@ ) gmail.com
I haven't. It is going on my reading list.
ReplyDeleteI finished reading the book. I think it is perfect reading material for couples who decide to stay childfree.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest difference between me and a woman who decided that she wants to be childfree is, that this woman could put all her energy in her career and by the age of 40 she could really accomplish something.
I, on the other hand, from the age of 30 to 38, put all my energy into infertility treatments and how to survive all the unsucessess. So it was a bit ackward to read about all highly financally sucessfull childfree people.... I definitely do not belong in that category.
