  1. I run 1.5 miles a day...I started two years ago saying 1 mile minimum a day. Then the next year was 1.25 min. per day. This year I am up to 1.5 min. per day. Next year will I go to 1.75 per day?! Anyhow, when possible, I do try to run more. Today I went out for a 7 milers and my knee started hurting at 4.25 miles. :( I am fine walking, but am a bit scared that tomorrow it might hurt again when running.

    1. dear KT, it is great that you can run so much. But hurting knees are a problem, I know. Mine hurt few weeks ago, so I stopped jogging for a week and now they are fine. I hope they will remain fine...

In a way I'm grateful that my job is kinda physical (requires lots of standing up, walking, moving stuff, lifting, pushing, pulling - I rarely sit down at work unless when I'm on a break), but on the other hand I also have to be careful to balance it out with exercise and lots of stretching and back strengthening exercises. THANKS for this reminder!
